Knowing what skills you need to become a solicitor is crucial to your professional development and ultimately your career. If you cannot demonstrate your skills during an assessment day or an interview you will not be successful. Therefore, you must, without any doubt or hesitancy, identify what skills you need to have, then develop them so you can demonstrate their existence to a law firm.
