QM Careers is committed to help you with your career planning and development. Together with the School of Law we have organised a range of different resources, opportunities and events to help you maximise your opportunities and support your future career.

Throughout the year we hold a weekly calendar of events which can be seen in the Law Events programme. These focus on career skills, career networking and career pathways. Sessions for LLM students are led by internationally renowned employers such Clifford Chance, Herbert Smith, Freshfields and Linklaters. We are supported by an international network of alumni and QM Careers deliver a series of lectures and workshops to help you understand the UK legal jobsmarket, learn how to build your network of professional contacts and enhance your global employability.

Pippa Heath is your designated Careers Consultant. Each Wednesday from 1:30-4:45 in the Basement Common Room, at Lincoln’s Inn Fields, Pippa holds one-to-one guidance meetings. These can be booked in advance or drop-in sessions as availability permits. Here you can get job hunting tips and individual help with job applications, CVs, interviews and career choices. You can also book to hold a session via Skype!
