This first seminar in the 2009-10 Herchel Smith Seminar Series will welcome Krystyna Swiderska of the International Institute for Environment and Development (IEED), and Tim Roberts, Consultant and Head of ICC Delegation to WIPO IGC.
The discussant for the event will be Johanna Gibson, Herchel Smith Professor of Intellectual Property Law, CCLS, Queen Mary University of London.
