This event is strictly by invitation only.

This one day conference will cover the multitude of economic and legal challenges associated with structural reform of the banking industry; the interplay between PCA, resolution and bank structure and the tension between regulation and competition in the EU context and beyond.

The conference is comprised of three sessions:

Session 1: Legal and Economic Aspects of Structural Reform
Session 2: EU Bank Regulation and Structural Reform
Session 3: Panel Discussion - Governance of Ring-fenced Entities and Regulation of Risk and Conduct
