These are interesting times in privacy and data protection. April should see the promised Article 29 Working Party position on the Shield, the CJEU hearing in Case C-698-15 Secretary of State for Home Department v Davis, et al on DRIPA and the Parliament vote on the Investigatory Powers Bill.
This event will discuss a few current and important data protection issues.
