A Queen Mary joint Conference of the Centre for Commercial Law Studies and the School of English and Drama (hosting the Fashioning the Early Modern HERA Project).

This half-day conference will aim to investigate contemporary policy, practice and research issues concerning Intellectual Property protection in the fashion industry.

Programme

Fordham Law Professor Susan Scafidi, academic director of the Fashion Law Institute, will deliver the Keynote address, to be followed by presentations from Professor Uma Suthersanen (CCLS, Queen Mary), Professor Evelyn Welch (King’s College, University of London) and Dr Noam Shemtov (CCLS, Queen Mary).

How to Book

The attendance of the conference is free, however pre-registration is essential. Please use the online registration form to register your attendance.

Those attending the conference are cordially invited to a drinks/canapé reception at the Shield Cafeteria (next to the conference venue) at 18.00.
