Fourth London Alumni International Tax Conference

24 October 2013 - 25 October 2013

Time: 9:00am - 5:00pm

The 4th London Alumni International Tax Conference 2013 takes place on the 24 and 25 October.

Day one of the conference focuses on EU Tax and day two on International Tax.

24 October: EU Tax Day

The EU tax day will mainly focus on a discussion of cases which have never been referred to the ECJ and cases which have returned from the ECJ such as Marks & Spencer and Metallgesellschaft. These cases are starting to take on an important significance and this will be the first EU tax conference in the UK where these cases have been discussed in detail.

25 October: International Tax Day

The main theme of the international tax conference day will be a discussion of the OECD’s BEPS Action Plan.
