The New Voices in Commercial Law is a seminar series which aims to provide a forum for debate and an opportunity for attendees to hear early career academics with outstanding potential discuss their research in an intellectually stimulating environment.

The theme is "Current Developments in EU Commercial Law".

  • Dr Thomas Jaeger (University of Vienna) – ‘Systemic Implications of the Enhanced Patent Cooperation’
  • Dr Agnieszka Janczuk-Gorywoda (Tilburg University Law School, Tilburg Law & Economics Center (TILEC)) - ‘Towards Private Governance of Public Interest in Financial Markets’.
