This is a special half-day workshop with Distinguished Visiting Fellow, Professor Brian Tamanaha. Inspired by his work, this workshop will consider the relations between different methods for constructing concepts of law.
Professor Brian Tamanaha is Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Queen Mary University of London in May-June 2015. This is a special half-day workshop, inspired by his work, that will consider the relations between different methods for constructing concepts of law. In addition to this event, during his visit he will give the Inaugural Cotterrell Lecture in Sociological Jurisprudence (28 May) and a Legal Theory Masterclass (11 June) for postgraduate students.
