Shazia Choudhry: 16-year-old twins 'join ISIS'

In an interview with Voice of Russia, Shazia Choudhry discussed the case of 16-year-old twin sisters from the UK, who have reportedly left their home in Manchester to join the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in Syria. She explains that because the girls have turned 16, their parents can’t be held accountable for their action. She then explains the “situational, strategic, and ideological” causes of radicalisation.
