The current ICANN UDRP process for resolving domain name disputes requires the physical submission of documents and hand-written signatures. This pilot project aims to identify ways of compliance with the existing rules while still permitting electronic submission of documents. Professor Reed's report explains how the project will produce documents which are authenticated to a level which is equivalent to hard copy signed documents.
