Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas met in Taiwan with other young leaders from Taiwan, Africa, Europe, and the Western Hemisphere to discuss issues of general concern in today’s globalised world.
The event was hosted and funded by the Taiwanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
