Stuart Andrews, teacher of Medical Law and Ethics at Queen Mary, University of London, died suddenly on Wednesday 28 July 2010.
Stuart was a much loved and respected lecturer on the MA in Medical Law and Ethics and on the LLM medical law specialisation. He lectured on and led the module on "Consent in Medical Law" and co-led the module on "New Medical Technologies and the Law" from the beginning of both programmes.
Tributes to his dedication and the quality of his teaching have been flooding in from colleagues and students. He will be greatly missed.
