Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas will speak at the next meeting of the European Society of International Law (ESIL), International Economic Law Interest Group, at a workshop on ‘Trade, Finance and Investment Governance’. The event will take place on Thursday 26 May 2011, the afternoon before the 4th ESIL Research Forum.
The workshop will consist of two panels and a roundtable. The panels will be on ‘Financial Governance through Soft Law and Insolvency Problems’ and on ‘Orchestrating New Trade Governance: sectoral, central and peripheral developments in IEL’, respectively. View the workshop programme.
