Dr Maksymilian Del Mar has co-edited a new book with Dr Claudio Michelon of the University of Edinburgh. ‘The Anxiety of the Jurist: Legality, Exchange and Judgement’ pays tribute to Zenon Bankowski, Professor Emeritus of Legal Theory, also at the University of Edinburgh. The contributions to this volume discuss the political problems involved with the normalisation of law and related topics.
