The final conference of the Sustainable Companies Project (2010-2013) was held on 5 December 2013 at the University of Oslo, Norway.
Janet Dine, Professor of International Economic Development Law at Queen Mary, presented a paper on ‘German Law on Company Groups as a Founding Principle for other Jurisdictions’. Georgina Tsagas, PhD student at Queen Mary and researcher at UCL, presented a paper on ‘The Delphic Oracle for the EU Takeover Directive: A closer look at the UK Debate’.
