Professor Rodrigo Olivares-Caminal has been invited to speak at the First Annual Sino-UK International Conference in Corporate Law in Beijing. Professor Olivares-Caminal will take part in a panel on ‘The Structure of a Merger and Acquisitions Deal’. The conference will take place at Tsinghua University Law School on 19 April 2014.
