Dr Maks Del Mar, Reader in Legal Theory, will present a seminar in the Research Seminar Series of the Institute of Scottish Historical Research at the University of St. Andrews on 5 November 2015. The seminar is entitled ‘Is There a Scottish Tradition of Jurisprudence? Neil MacCormick and the Scottish Enlightenment’.
