Dr Prakash Shah speaks on Religion and Legal Ideas at O.P. Jindal Global University, India

Dr Prakash Shah gave a public lecture entitled 'The Difference that Religion Makes: Transplanting Legal Ideas from the West to Japan and India' at O.P. Jindal Global University in Delhi, India, on 26 February 2015.

The lecture was organised by the Centre for Law and Humanities at Jindal Global Law School. Dr Shah's presentation questioned 'the fate of legal transplants when they arrive from on culture, the Western culture, which is religious, to another culture that has no religion', using the case studies of Japan and India.
