Overall satisfaction among law students at Queen Mary University of London is at 91 per cent, according to the results of the 2015 National Student Survey (NSS).

Satisfaction with teaching is at 93 per cent, a four year high and up from 92 per cent in 2014. The results rank Law at QMUL as joint third in London for overall undergraduate satisfaction.

Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas, Head of QMUL’s Department of Law, welcomed the results: “We are committed to providing not just world class legal education and training, but also an experience that enables our students to thrive and excel. It is gratifying to see the efforts of colleagues at the School reflected in such high levels of satisfaction among our students.”

“We want academically excellent students but we also want our students to feel supported, and to enjoy their university experience. We are delighted with the results, but we are never complacent. We will continue to invest in new initiatives and resources to further enhance the learning environment that we provide at the School of Law,” said Professor Mitsilegas.

Overall student satisfaction at QMUL is at 88 per cent, up from 86 per cent in 2014. The 2015 National Student Survey ranks QMUL in the top ten among Russell Group universities and joint first in London for student satisfaction.
