QMUL Criminal Justice Centre has joined the UN Anti-Corruption Academic Initiative

The Criminal Justice Centre (CJC), Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) joined the UN Anti-Corruption Academic Initiative (ACAD) in September 2015. Dr Saskia Hufnagel, Lecturer in Criminal Law at QMUL, represented the Centre at the ACAD Symposium on 30-31 October in Moscow, Russia. The aim of this event was to provide a forum for members of ACAD and other academics and experts to discuss key issues in the area of anti-corruption research and education and to discuss how to promote the initiative further. The symposium concluded by identifying recommendations related to the future steps of the ACAD Initiative in supporting members of the academic community interested in teaching in this field.
