Dr Robin Callender Smith, Professor of Media Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), spoke at the Privacy Laws and Business 29th Annual International Conference in Cambridge, 4 July. The conference theme was Great Expectations, referring to the objective of achieving the great prize of consistent data protection legislation in many jurisdictions, with influence across the world.
