Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas, Head of the Department of Law and Professor of European Criminal Law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), has drafted a Position Paper on Free Movement and Criminal Law commissioned by the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA). The purpose of the papers is to help inform the debate about the EU referendum, and they are available to be used as a resource by both ILPA members and the general public.
