Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas’s work has been cited extensively in the Opinion by CJEU Advocate General Szpunar on case C-327/18 PPU delivered on 7 August. The Opinion concerns the legality of executing European Arrest Warrants issued by the UK in the run up to Brexit.
