Module description

This module will introduce students to the law and governance of the external economic relations of the European Union (EU), the world's largest trading bloc and most successful example of regional integration. The module focuses specifically on international trade and investment law of the EU in the context of unilateral, bilateral, regional, and multilateral arrangements. The module will cover bilateral and multilateral agreements between the EU and non-member states, such as trade agreements and relations with emerging economies and developing countries.
