Module description

This module introduces students with an insightful understanding of Chinese patent law, offering the provisions for design, and its enforcement. Interpreting key clauses and analysing representative court cases, the first part of the module examines the protection for patent in the Chinese context, whilst the second part of the module focuses on the development of design protection under the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China.
