Module description

International Environmental Law II focuses on specific aspects of environmental protection, such as the protection of the marine environment, liability for environmental damage, compliance mechanisms, war and the environment, the regulation of hazardous waste, the law of international watercourses, biodiversity ,and the regulation of whaling.
