LLM in Law and Development
The LLM in Law and Development programme allows students to examine the potential of law as an instrument of social change in developing countries. Students may select from a variety of modules that allow them to examine of theories of development and the interaction of law and development as they impact upon international and domestic economies.

Taught Modules
Students must select a minimum of two modules from this list and do their compulsory dissertation in the field of Law and Development.
Note: Not all of the modules listed will be available in any one year. Any modules not available in the forthcoming academic session will be marked as soon as this information is confirmed by teaching academics.
