Research

Xue Feng’s doctoral research concerns tort liability of corporate groups, including parental company’s negligence liability, joint liability, and vicarious liability for its subsidiary company’s tort in personal injury context.

Biography

Xue Feng feels extremely fortunate to be one of the members of QMUL Law Department, which provides excellent legal study and research conditions. She has been awarded the Queen Mary - Chinese Scholarship Council Co-funded Scholarship to fulfill her whole PhD studies. Xue holds an undergraduate degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in China in 2011. Before returning to academia, she worked for Yinchuan Local People’s Procuratorate in China for months as a prosecuting attorney intern. Then she got her Master of Law (LLM) degree from the University of Exeter in 2013.
