Profile

Dr Frabboni is a member of the British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association (BLACA), the UK national group of the International Literary and Artistic Association (ALAI). She is also a member of the Society of Legal Scholars (SLS).

Dr Frabboni has been invited to speak at events organised by the British Copyright Council in conjunction with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Similarly, she has contributed to the WIPO/CEIPI training courses on the Legal, Economic and Management Aspects of Intellectual Property in Strasbourg.

Dr Frabboni is involved in the activities of the European Intellectual Property Teachers Network. She presented at their 2013 annual workshop on 'IP Teaching for Distance Learning Programmes: Searching for an Effective Remote Interaction.'

Dr Frabboni's main areas of research are: Copyright law and the creative industries; collective licensing of copyright; law & fashion; art law; law and economics of intellectual property; competition law and economics; economic analysis of the creative industries.
