Jure Zrilic works at the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary, University of London where he primarily conducts empirical research in the field of international arbitration. Jure is a Slovenian lawyer with a background in international business law, international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration. He completed his training and worked as a law clerk at the Higher Court of Maribor, Slovenia. He completed LLM studies at Utrecht University in the Netherlands, and thereafter worked at the Hague Institute for the Internationalisation of Law. Prior to joining Queen Mary, he has also worked on one of the largest company law projects in Europe initiated by the University of Oslo.
