Dr Rafael Leal-Arcas, Professor of European and International Economic Law and Jean Monnet Chair holder at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), participated in the 7th International Forum on Energy for Sustainable Development in Baku (Azerbaijan), 18-21 October. The international forum was organized by the UN Economic Commission for Europe.
