Undergraduate Law
The School of Law offers four undergraduate law programmes. As one of the largest law schools in the UK, we provide high quality teaching to more than 640 undergraduate students.
Student Satisfaction
We scored 96 per cent for undergraduate student satisfaction in the 2011 National Student Survey (NSS). We outperformed the top ranking law faculties within the Russell Group of British Universities as well as the 1994 group of British Universities.
Legal Advice Centre and Pro Bono
Pro bono means 'for the good of the community'. Many of our students take part in pro bono work and our professional Legal Advice Centre provides an excellent opportunity for students to give free legal advice to members of the public.
Student Support
We offer weekly tutorials so it is easy for you to meet the teaching staff to discuss ideas and get support. We also have 'graduate student advisors', these are current postgraduate students who offer support and advice either individually or to groups of undergraduates.
Flexibility and Diversity
Our undergraduate programmes include courses in a broad range of subject areas, taught through a mixture of lectures, seminars and tutorials. You will have the opportunity to visit courts, chambers and prisons and to take part in mooting.

We provide the context to relate law to contemporary life - from international affairs to the everyday concerns of the citizen. You will gain knowledge and analytical skills which will be a lifelong asset, whether you choose to pursue a legal or non-legal career, backed up by a recognised qualification from the University of London.
